AdCamel is an owner-operated marketing operations system for advertiser-owned campaign accounts. This policy explains the business and campaign data handled by AdCamel, including use of the TikTok Business API.
Information we process
- Business contact information, such as the operator email address used for support and platform communication.
- OAuth authorization metadata for advertiser accounts that explicitly connect to AdCamel.
- Campaign artifacts, creative assets, ad account identifiers, campaign identifiers, ad group identifiers, ad identifiers, pixel identifiers, and approval/audit events.
- Aggregate advertising performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and similar reporting fields.
How we use information
- To authenticate advertiser-owned accounts and operate approved advertising workflows.
- To create, manage, or inspect campaign objects requested by the operator.
- To generate owner review artifacts and maintain an audit trail of approvals and external API calls.
- To import aggregate reporting for campaign measurement and optimization.
Data sharing
AdCamel does not sell personal data. Data is shared with advertising platforms only as needed to operate the authorized integration, for example through TikTok Business API calls made on behalf of an authorized advertiser account.
Retention and security
AdCamel stores operational records for auditability and campaign measurement. Access credentials are intended to be encrypted at rest and are not displayed in logs or public pages. Access to the operator workspace is restricted to authorized operators.
